1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using backspinz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

backspinz turns an uploaded cover image and a short song clip (up to one minute) into a spinning vinyl video that you can customise and download in social-media sizes.

3. Your content and rights

• You must own or have permission to use any image and audio you upload.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the videos you create.
• You retain ownership of your content and the videos you generate — we claim no rights over them.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

4. Payments

Downloads are paid features. You can buy a single video for £1, or an unlimited plan for £20 for 12 months (approximately £1.66/month). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.

5. Refunds

Because videos are generated digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of backspinz.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
